The Waste to Wonder Park is a popular amusement park in Delhi. This park is a theme park based on waste material. The replicas, dinosaurs and other structures are built by waste and scrap materials. So in this park, there are two parts that are very famous like Waste to Wonder and Dinosaur Park.

Places to Visit in Waste to Wonder Park

Waste to Wonder Park is the world's first park influencing people to reuse and recycle waste materials. This park was built by MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) in 2019. Waste to Wonder Park has two parts (Phases). Phase 1 has been built on 5 acres of land, where you will get to see miniatures of the world's seven wonders. 150 tonnes of waste materials were used to make these 7 miniatures, which cost a total of Rs 7.5 crore.


Phase 2 is built on 3.5 acres of land. Which is based on Dinosaurs and is called Dinosaur Park. Phase 2 is an extended area of Waste to Wonder Park, which was inaugurated in February 2023 by the Delhi Government. In this park, many dinosaurs are built of many species with waste and scraped materials.

The Great Pyramid of Giza

Originally, this is the largest pyramid in the world located in Giza. The miniature Pyramid is built with 35 tonnes of waste and scraped material. The height of the miniature is 24.5 feet and the width is 30.5 feet.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa

The Leaning Tower of Pisa is famous for its leaning shape about 5.5 degrees. The miniature Leaning Tower is built with 8 tonnes of scraped material. The height of the Leaning Tower is 39 feet and the width is 10 feet.

Dinosaur Park, Phase 2

There is an extended area called Phase 2 of Waste to Wonder Park also popular as a Dinosaur Park. The dinosaur park is built after 4 years on 8 February 2023. After building Dinosaur Park, the crowd doubled and Waste to Wonder Park became more popular.
